Not sure how to store/ keep your artistic notes or drawings, or simply interested in bookbinding? Don’t want to say goodbye to your off prints from the studio but finding it hard to make use of them?
Ah ha! We have an idea! Why not come join our artistic notebook/ journal making workshop? We will introduce you to various, simple and straightforward book making methods to combine your loose leaves.
Bringing your off prints and paper are welcome, we will advise you on composing your work into a book, or else we will have paper here for you, if you would simply want to make some cool notebooks.
2 separate days are available for this course - register for the date that suits you the best!

About the Instructors:
An Gee Chan
An Gee Chan (b. 1987, Hong Kong) received her M.A. in Fine Art Printmaking from the Royal College of Art (2011) and acquired a B.A. in Illustration and Animation from Kingston University in the UK (2009). Certificate in Conservation and Preservation of Books and Documents (2019).
An Gee Chan, is an visual artist and a former lecturer in printmaking and drawing at the Hong Kong Baptist University, Academy of Visual Arts.
Justin Larkin
Justin Larkin (b. 1984, Dublin, Ireland) received his MA in printmaking from the Royal College of Art London (2011) and acquired BA in printmaking from the National College of Art and Design in Ireland (2009).
Justin is a visual artist and a former part time lecturer in printmaking, painting and drawing at the Hong Kong Baptist University, Academy of Visual Arts. Outside teaching, Justin holds printmaking and traditional painting workshops regularly at his printmaking studio in Hong Kong.

Minimum intake
Please note that we have a minimum participant intake in order to run our courses. This course has a minimum intake of 3 people to run. If there are less than 3 participants we may cancel/postpone this course, and we will issue a full refund. Participants will be notified by email if we cancel this course. Please note that refunds take approximately 2 weeks to be processed. We will issue the refund with the same payment method used by the customer.
Student cancellation
Please note we do not offer refunds to student cancellations. We are not responsible for any events/traveling issues students may have that are unrelated to the course.
If we cancel the course for other reasons
If there is an unavoidable event/issue prohibiting the instructor or the studio to be available that requires us to cancel/postpone the lesson, we will notify students by email by 9:00 pm the day before the class. Full refunds will be issued to all students. Please note that refunds take approximately 2 weeks to be processed.
